Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of animals do you care for?

I provide care for cats, bunnies, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, birds, turtles, and fish.

What happens at the initial consultation?

An initial consultation is required for all new clients before scheduling services. During this visit I will:

  • Gather information to care for your pets, such as location of food, water, litter, cleaning products, etc
  • Collect keys or entry codes
  • Answer any of your questions
  • Provide paperwork to be completed before first visit
What do I need to have prepared before I leave?

I require a signed Service Agreement, a signed Veterinary Release Form, a completed Enrollment Form and a Pet Information Form. Payment is due at the first pet sitting visit. Please make sure you have left enough supplies such as cat food, cat litter, medications, and treats to last the duration of your trip. If you are a repeat client, please be sure to let me know of any changes in the health or routine of your pet.

What do you do on a visit?

At a typical visit, I will wash your pet's bowls and give them fresh food and water. I scoop the litter box, and clean up any messes your pet has left. I talk to your pets and give them lots of attention. I provide cuddles and play time depending on your pet's preferences that day. At the end of each visit I send you an update and photos of your pet.

What experience do you have with pets?

I have been taking care of cats my whole life and professionally pet sitting since early 2022. I am certified in Dog and Cat First Aid by the Red Cross. I have two cats of my own and multiple fish tanks. I love animals and they have always been an important part of my life!
